Solid Woven Conveyor Belt

Usage

The conveyor belt is primarily used for conveying materials in underground coal mines and is available in two types: PVC and PVG. – **PVC Type**: Both the top and bottom covers are made of PVC rubber with a coating thickness of ≥0.8mm. This type is suitable for use at a slope angle of less than 16°. – **PVG Type**: Both the top and bottom covers are made of a rubber blend with PVC, with a coating thickness ranging from 1.5mm to 4.5mm. This type can be used at a slope angle of less than 20°.

Characteristics

The conveyor belt possesses excellent flame-resistant and anti-static properties, fully meeting the requirements of MT914-2008. It incorporates high-strength, low-elongation polyester filament in the warp and high-strength, moderately modulus nylon filament in the weft. This fabric structure offers advantages such as high strength, low elongation, lightweight carcass, resistance to ply separation, shock resistance, anti-tear properties, and good troughability.

The PVG type is equipped with covers primarily composed of rubber, enhancing the belt’s troughability, resistance to moisture and slippage, resistance to low temperatures, elongation, and wear resistance. Consequently, it not only improves the slope angle of conveying but also extends the belt’s lifespan.
