1. In the event of a running belt being torn or damage occurring to the sensor loop embedded in the belt, the signal control system will automatically shut down the machine and sound an alarm. This swift response minimizes the degree of belt tearing.
2. If the conveyor belt deviates during operation, causing the distance between the sensor loop embedded in the belt and the sensor to exceed the set value, the signal control system will initiate an automatic shutdown of the machine and sound an alarm.
3. Detection of abnormal running speed, indicating material jamming, triggers the sensor to alert the signal control system, which then automatically shuts down the machine and sounds an alarm to address the issue.
4. The operational status of the conveyor belt can be monitored remotely and in real-time from any location via network connectivity, providing convenient oversight and management.
Note: We offer the flexibility to manufacture cover thickness, cord diameter, and cord pitch according to the specific requirements of our customers.
In accordance with ISO15236-2016 standard
These values are instrumental in selecting the most suitable cover compound for the application or the materials being carried. It’s important to note that a reliable assessment of cover behavior regarding wear and cut resistance cannot be based solely on tensile strength and abrasion values.
