Fabric Pipe Conveyor Belt

Usage

The fabric pipe conveyor belt is a new type of conveying belt that uses EP/NN as its carcass, combined with high-elasticity, high-abrasive resistance, and high-strength rubber for the working surface. It is primarily used for conveying materials that are easily polluted, such as powders and granular materials. During operation, the rubber belt transforms from a flat shape to a U shape and finally into a pipe, enclosing the materials and enabling an enclosed conveying process.

Characteristics

The fabric pipe conveyor belt offers several key advantages:

1. **Enclosed Conveying**: Protects both the materials and the environment by enclosing the materials during transport.
2. **Steep Angled Conveying**: Capable of conveying at steep angles, typically up to 30°.
3. **Flexible Arrangement**: The conveying line can be arranged to follow the curve of the space, providing versatile installation options.

Cover Grades

In accordance with HG4224-2011 standard

Fabric Pipe Conveyor Belt Cover Grades

The values are essential for determining the appropriate cover compound for the specific application or materials being conveyed. However, a reliable assessment of the covers’ behavior in terms of wear and cut resistance cannot be made based solely on tensile strength and abrasion values. Additional factors must be considered for an accurate evaluation.
